It’s up to you and other brokers to do your best to properly supervise, teach, manage, and lead by example by sharing office policy manuals, training sessions, and trying to inspire your affiliate licensees and unlicensed personnel as consistently as possible. Your properly educated and informed staff can then most effectively work with their clients as you all generate income together and succeed together.
