Real estate is a relationship business at the true core. You must first establish trust between you and your client prospects before they later sign an agency relationship agreement and a purchase or listing contract with you. For so long as you put your clients’ needs and interests ahead of your own and also treat your fellow licensees with respect and fairness, you will have a long and successful real estate career.
