It will identify and describe statues and regulations that govern listing and property management agreements. This course will help brokers understand how the Real Estate Department audits and regulates the activities of brokerages, as well as how it handles complaints, investigations, enforcement, and discipline. It also reviews the Department’s enforcement powers and processes.
