Salesperson & Broker - Property Management Core (7hrs)

This course is approved for three hours of CE for Arkansas real estate licensees. The purpose of this course is to provide an introduction to the specialty field of property management. It also includes a review of the responsibilities of supervising brokers and Arkansas agency law.

COURSE HIGHLIGHTS

• Review activities and considerations associated with each phase of the tenancy cycle.
• Describe a principal broker’s responsibilities for supervision.
• Outline an agent’s responsibilities to the firm’s clients, and list and cite examples of agent duties owed to clients based on the agency relationship.
• Differentiate between disclosing material facts and dealing honestly with all parties to the transaction.
