Participants will examine the roles of dual and designated agencies; delve into the six key elements of fiduciary responsibility and discuss the benefits and responsibilities surrounding a buyers’ agency relationship. In the final section of this course we will look at real-life Connecticut real estate violation cases and the purpose of an Assurance of Voluntary Compliance.
