The first chapter discusses the basics of agency law, such as the history and background of the topic, agency duties, and fiduciary responsibilities. The second chapter gives a more in-depth look at agency by detailing the creation of agency, the misconceptions about agency, types of agency, and the termination of agency. Chapters three and four focus on fair housing, starting with a historical look at fair housing, and ending with exceptions and prohibited actions.
