This course is designed to provide Florida real estate professionals with all 14 hours in required education to obtain their license renewal. This course contains 3 hours of mandatory law and 3 hours of mandatory ethics material along with 8 hours of additional elective material. Topics to be covered in this course include Florida laws and regulations, ethics and business practices, understanding the millennial generation and how to work with buyers and/or sellers in recovering markets that have become strong seller’s markets.
