Idaho Real Estate Commission Core 2024
The Idaho Real Estate Commission Core 2024 3.5-hour course is required by the Idaho Real Estate Commission (IREC) to update licensees on recent legislation and relevant topics from the year. Chapter 1 reviews Idaho and national case law updates pertaining to real estate. Chapter 2 covers Guideline 17, which addresses licensed and unlicensed real estate assistants, transaction coordinators, and office staff. Chapter 3 discusses several real estate-related legislative updates. Chapter 4 delves into common risks in real estate transactions, risk assessments, and risk reduction techniques. Chapter 5 walks you through the DOPL’s Online Services system, and shows you how to navigate through your account. The course contains an array of components to help you learn, including case studies, interactive knowledge checks, videos, and handouts.

This course was created and designed to train and instruct REALTORS® on the practical application of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and fulfills the REALTOR® Triennial Ethics Requirement.
Every three years, the National Association of REALTORS® requires members to complete a REALTOR® Code of Ethics course in order to remain in good standing with their local, state, and national associations. Additionally, this course may potentially be approvable for REALTORS® who wish to fulfill Code of Ethics requirement from the National Association of REALTORS®.
