This 4-hour 2025 LREC Mandatory – Navigating the NEW NORMAL CE course was created by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission. This course describes the industry-wide changes brought about because of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) settlement. These legal challenges continue to evolve. While the course provides Louisiana licensees with a brief overview of the settlement, it is primarily designed to help them understand the “New Normal” in working with clients (especially buyers), how compensation is managed, and how to adjust their client interactions accordingly.
