This course is approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for the 3.75 hour CE module course requirement for the 2024-2025 renewal period. To ensure compliance with legal standards that mitigate risk, the course reviews requirements mandated by Minnesota statutes specific to licensing, disclosure, contracts, negotiations, trust accounts, and cancellations. Also covered are licensing resources and procedures provided by the Minnesota Department of Commerce.
COURSE HIGHLIGHTS

Ethics in the Age of Disruption
This course was created and designed to train and instruct REALTORS® on the practical application of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and fulfills the REALTOR® Triennial Ethics Requirement.
Every three years, the National Association of REALTORS® requires members to complete a REALTOR® Code of Ethics course in order to remain in good standing with their local, state, and national associations. Additionally, this course may potentially be approvable for REALTORS® who wish to fulfill Code of Ethics requirement from the National Association of REALTORS®. This course covers the obligations of sellers, buyers, and agents in the discovery and disclosure of residential property conditions. Focus is given to requirements for making environmental hazard disclosures and handling stigmatized property disclosure exceptions.
