Real Estate Fraud and Scams: Recognition and Prevention
This course is approved by the North Dakota Real Estate Commission for three hours of CE for all resident licensees (salespersons, broker associates, and brokers) who want to renew as active for calendar year 2026. This course covers the mandatory topic of real estate fraud and scams, including vacant property scams. It also covers common phishing scams used to steal identities for fraudulent purposes and scams targeting financially distressed homeowners.
North Dakota Implicit Bias Awareness and Cultural Competency
This North Dakota Implicit Bias Awareness and Cultural Competency course is approved for the mandatory 3 hours of continuing education for North Dakota salespersons, broker associates, and brokers on the topics of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
The importance of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace is increasingly recognized as important. In real estate, DEI plays a critical role in fostering fairness, respect, and collaboration between peers and with consumers. Incorporating DEI principles into your daily practices not only aligns with ethical and legal standards but also strengthens the real estate profession by promoting fairness, trust, and inclusivity in every transaction and interaction.
To fully embrace DEI, real estate professionals must reflect on their own biases and work toward cultural competency. This course will reveal common biases, how they are created, and how they can be mitigated. This course also explores important concepts specific to cultural diversity and how you can better work with persons who are multifaceted, multiracial, and multicultural.

Ethics in the Age of Disruption
This course was created and designed to train and instruct REALTORS® on the practical application of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and fulfills the REALTOR® Triennial Ethics Requirement.
Every three years, the National Association of REALTORS® requires members to complete a REALTOR® Code of Ethics course in order to remain in good standing with their local, state, and national associations.
