This course examines core laws for Ohio Real EstateProfessionals.  The course begins withOhio Administrative Code, section 1301:5, which explains the Division of RealEstate’s regulations, and it continues with the Ohio Revised Code, section4735.  The ORC is a very lengthy sectionof code, so this course focuses on recent changes made to these requirements. This course will help realestate professionals make sure that their business practices remain current andcompliant.
