2024-2026 Pennsylvania Mandatory Course
This course provides an in-depth look at federal and Pennsylvania fair housing laws, focusing on the history, protected classes, and prohibited practices. It also covers agency law, detailing the responsibilities and duties of real estate licensees in Pennsylvania. This course is approved for five hours of continuing education for the 2024-2026 renewal period.
COURSE HIGHLIGHTS
• Recall how laws and court decisions have evolved and how the current federal Fair Housing Act and Pennsylvania Human Relations Act provide for equal access to housing.
• Gain a better understanding of what acts and practices comply or violate fair housing laws and how these laws are enforced at a federal and state level.
• Recall the fundamental of agency relationships and the agency relationships allowed between Pennsylvania real estate brokers and consumers.
• Learn about agency disclosure requirements for Pennsylvania licensees, including the duties owed to customers and clients.

Ethics in the Age of Disruption
This course was created and designed to train and instruct REALTORS® on the practical application of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and fulfills the REALTOR® Triennial Ethics Requirement.
Every three years, the National Association of REALTORS® requires members to complete a REALTOR® Code of Ethics course in order to remain in good standing with their local, state, and national associations. Additionally, this course may potentially be approvable for REALTORS® who wish to fulfill Code of Ethics requirement from the National Association of REALTORS®. Check with your local REALTORS® association.
