This course fulfills the requirement to complete the six-hour 2025-2026 Tennessee CORE Residential course required to renew a Tennessee real estate license. This course first reviews Tennessee real estate license law and the important supervisory role of the principal broker. This course also covers requirements for advertising, the creation and disclosure of agency relationships, contracts and property disclosures, and property management.
