The following course is the fourth of four Modules of continuing education required by the State of Delaware for those who have recently attained a real estate license. The four modules of continuing education covers twelve hours of study and those newly licensed must complete all four modules within the first twelve months. This final course, entitled “Module 4 – Real Estate Professionalism” is a 3-hour study regarding the basic tenets and principles of professional behavior expected by real estate professionals in Delaware.
Chapter 2 of this module explains the mission of the Pathways to Professionalism concept and further delineates the suggested behaviors for a real estate professional when working to have "Respect for the Public," "Respect for Property," and "Respect for Peers." Chapter 2 concludes with a Case Study to enhance the student’s understanding of the course contents.
