Online Limitations

Students are only given 3 attempts to pass the course final exam. After a third failed attempt you will need to re-enroll in the course and go through that course again to receive credit. Once a student has achieved a passing score on the course final exam, the student is required to print out, physically complete, and return to the school the Kentucky Course Evaluation (Form E108).  A course is not considered complete until the student passes the course final exam and returns the completed evaluation to the school. The date both of these criteria are met is considered the course completion date, which is reflected on the course completion certificate and the roster submitted by the education provider to the Kentucky Real Estate Commission.
