All Provisional Sales Associates are required to complete 45 hours of post-licensing education prior to their one-year license expiration date. The post-licensing education may not be taken prior to obtaining original license.
Once a Provisional Sales Associate has provided the Real Estate Commission with evidence of completion of a post-licensing course and has submitted the appropriate form with fees at the end of their one year license term their license will be issued as a Sales Associate.
