Rated 3 out of 5 by from I doubt that I will be using your school for future education because what is said to be a 3-hour course often turns out to be a 4-hour course. Even longer if a quiz or final exam is not passed. In past years I have enjoyed your courses, but this 30-hour post licensing class is too in depth. I have 45-years in the real estate business and even the Appraisal Institute courses are not this hard. Packing too much into a short course.
