USPAP Instructor Recertification Course
McKissock is proud to partner with The Appraisal Foundation to provide its online Instructor Recertification Course
Renew your USPAP instructor certification with McKissock
The online IRC will be available from September 15, 2021 – March 31, 2022. All Instructors must complete this course no later than March 31, 2022 to renew their certification beyond that date. Instructors who recertify will have their instructor certification extended for two (2) years to March 31, 2024. An examination will not be included in the online IRC.
Steps to officially recertify as an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor
Step 1: Update your Appraisal Foundation account, complete the online recertification application questions, and pay the application renewal fee of $150. You will receive a confirmation email for payment, and a separate email with the link to take the course.
Step 2: Register and pay a course fee of $295, and successfully complete the online IRC course through McKissock’s website. The online course will be available between September 15, 2021 and March 31, 2022.
Upon completion of the online IRC, The Appraisal Foundation will receive notification from McKissock and will verify that you have completed all of the necessary steps in the process. Within a few days of notification, The Appraisal Foundation will then issue you an official renewal certificate and provide a link to the 2022 course material.
Official notification from The Appraisal Foundation is required before an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor is authorized to teach the 2022-23 USPAP Courses (15-Hour or 7-Hour) or their equivalents.

This course is a mandatory course for AQB Certified USPAP Instructors to renew their certifications for the 2022-23 USPAP courses.
