How to Get Started Online
Getting your required education has never been easier, now that you can take your
courses online through McKissock! Your appraisal education
is only a few mouse clicks and keystrokes away.
Just click the education tab you need at the top of the map and then click on your
state to see a list of courses approved by your state agency or board. Add the courses
you wish to purchase to your cart by clicking on the 'Add to Cart' link next to
each course. When finished selecting your courses, click on the 'My Cart' link,
review your selections, and proceed to checkout.

How Does a Course Work?
Once you’ve started your course you can stop and start as many times as you’d like
and we’ll automatically save your progress all along the way.
Upon completing your course you can instantly print your certificate! However, if
the certificate you have requested requires an original signature then your certificate
will be mailed to you within 7-10 business days. Rush service options, including
UPS Overnight, are available on the enrollment form.
We promptly notify your state board when you have successfully completed your online
courses!

How do I Upgrade my Appraisal License?
All individuals seeking to become a Certified Residential Appraiser must successfully
complete a minimum of 200 AQB approved hours of education, obtain 2,500 experience
hours and pass an examination administered by the jurisdiction awarding the credential.
