Real Estate Continuing Education Course Ratings and Reviews

MCK-US-IN-Real_Estate-CE is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 68312.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I enjoyed the course content. It was very informative and easy to follow. I like the fact that they let you know when you were at the end of each page. Also, they included just the right amount of videos to enhance my comprehension of the material.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These three hours were the best. So much I did not know, which is alarming. Highly recommend these three fours. The mock trial was very informative.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have been taking continuing education from McKissock for many years. This course was the best course that I have taken with them. The information was important, not just for brokers, but for every agent out there in the trenches.

Will 30 hours of these courses cover the Post- License education that agents need to fulfill within 2 years of getting their license?

Asked by: Cody
We do not offer post licensing courses for Indiana. If the state will accept our CE courses for the post licensing requirements then that will be something you have to bring up with them.

I see “mandatory” in Broker CE course about managing a brokerage.  I am not a managing broker, is it mandatory for Brokers to take this course?

Asked by: Malibu09lady
No, brokers do not need to take this course. It is marked mandatory because it is a mandatory requirement but only for managing brokers.

what source can I access to find out what my CE requirements are? I received a managing brokers license in 2018 and although I am not acting as the MB, I need to know if and what type of CE might be required.

Asked by: mary
Managing Brokers need to complete 36 hours of CE to renew their license every 3 years; however, 12 of the 36 CE hours must be completed EVERY year. 4 of the 12 hours must be in the required Managing Broker Course. https://www.mckissock.com/real-estate/continuing-education/indiana/requirements/

What is the difference between online and correspondence? Also will the Managing Broker package cover the requirements for the state of Indiana.

Asked by: Barbbuff
Correspondence courses - you can download the PDF of the course material, read through it at your own pace and then you move directly to the final exam. Where as the other package with the online courses you will read through each chapter with quizzes throughout and then advance to the final exam - there is also a timer in the course for the online courses.
