McKissock is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 14412.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from The course provided was very informative. I took this course because I was required to by HUD. I'm glad I read this course completely. It was extremely helpful and will make me a better appraiser.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The course was good but written in 2017. The only thing about McKissock is the courses need to be updated more often to ensure the most recent appraisal standards, laws, and state requirements are noted in the course notes and exams. I would recommended to McKissock that their instructors be required to update courses annually to ensure content is up to date.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unlike the classroom where you get glazed over from other student questions and the sheer responsibility of having to sit in the chair, you are required to pay close attention to this courses material, refresh and/or actually learn some informative information HUD/FHA requires in the observation, analysis and reporting requirements of the appraisal process.

I need the 7 hr. USPAP update for Florida. You have two listed. Which one is required by Florida?

The two 7 hour USPAP courses that we have listed are both approved for CE credit. The non-residential course is more geared towards commercial appraisers.
