Bryan Chase is the national commercial real estate Evaluation Program Manager for U.S. Bank. He is a Certified General Appraiser and has extensive experience in complex industrial, office and retail properties, and as an expert witness.

Gary F. Kristensen, SRA, IFA, AGA is a Certified Residential Appraiser, the Owner and Chief Appraiser of A Quality Appraisal, LLC with a staff of eight employees, has the top ranked appraisal blog in Portland, holds the SRA Designation of the Appraisal Institute, holds the IFA Designation of NAIFA, and is Vice President of the Rose City NAIFA, is an Accredited Green Appraiser (AGA), is a beta software tester for a la mode, Inc., was a featured speaker at Appraisal Summit in Las Vegas, teaches appraising energy efficient homes for Earth Advantage in Portland, is a Certified Home Energy Assessor, and is a regular speaker for appraisal and real estate agent training. He is an Oregon native who grew up in Milwaukie, graduated from Oregon City High School, and lives in Happy Valley.

Scott is a Florida native who holds a B.S. degree from FSU in physical education. Scott began working for Leon Country Property Appraisers in 1989 and acquired his Certified Residential Appraiser license in 2004 when he joined the private sector with a range of experience, including Chief Property Tax Advisor for Equifax USA. Scott currently works as an Appraisal Underwriter with Navy Federal Credit Union and also runs Field Appraisals as the sole principal. He resides in Pensacola, Florida with his wife, Charlotte; has two grown children and one grandson.

From 1974 through 2010 Martin J. Wagar has been actively engaged in appraising and is currently in private practice as president of Wagar & Associates Inc. in Kalamazoo, Mi. Most recently he was past director of appraisal distribution and delivery for AmeriFirst Financial Corporation and was responsible for the appraisal department’s appraisal operation in 14 States in 2013 and 2015.Prior, he founded Midwest Appraisal Management Group in 2009 where he managed operations until 2013.Having 35 years’ experience as an appraiser, he is a state Certified Residential appraiserinboth Michigan and Florida and holds a Michigan real estate broker’s license with an Realtor Emeritus through NAR as well. Professional designations include: (IFA-S) through the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers and an RAA designation through the National Association of Realtors.Mr. Wagar is also active in providing real estate and appraisal continuing education for both Real Estate appraisers and Real Estate sales agents/brokers and is an approved instructor for Northern Michigan University, TheMichigan Real Estate Academy and is on the advisory board McKissock Schools. Mr. Wagar participates on several National Association of Realtors and is currently is on the board of directors of the Greater Kalamazoo Association of Realtors.He was appointed by Gov. Rick Snyder to fill a 4-year term on the Michigan State Appraisal Board until where he currently serves.

Milo has been a practicing real property appraiser since the late 90’s, and has been instructing and authoring appraisal courses for the majority of those years. He is a state certified general appraiser, holds, and is currently on the VA and FHA appraiser rosters. As an alum of the University of Colorado, Milo has centered most of his experience in the western region in the states of Colorado and Wyoming. As a former Senior Review Appraiser for HUD, UPRR, City & County municipalities and having worked in appraisal and acquisitions for not one but two DOT’s in both Colorado and Wyoming. Milo has a great depth of knowledge in the eminent domain realm, with specific expertise in the Appraisal and Acquisition arena.

Paul is the Owner/Chief Appraiser at Rowe Appraisal Group, Inc. After graduating from Eastern Illinois with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and then 5 years in the Sales Industry, Paul finally found his calling in the Appraisal Profession. Over the last 10 years, he has been recognized nationally as a top appraiser, has been published in Working RE magazine, and currently sits on the Appraisal Advisory Panel for the leading provider of education in the Appraisal Profession.

Rick Dolnack is the leader of Appraisal Services at ValuAmerica and is responsible for the overall management, supervision and objectives of the Operations and Quality Control departments within Appraisal Services.Rick has over 30 years’ experience in appraising both residential and commercial properties and is certified in both Pennsylvania and Virginia. Prior to joining ValuAmerica he worked as an independent fee appraiser, a staff appraiser and facilities manager for Atlantic Financial and Greensburg Savings.

Ryan Spence is a 1996 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in Administration of Justice.Ryan began his appraisal career in 1997 working for a Pittsburgh-based AMC, Nationwide Appraisal Services Corporation (NASCO), where he functioned as an on-site representative for some of their high-priority clients, such as; FirstPlus Financial (Dallas, TX & Columbia, SC), Advanta (Philadelphia, PA) and Mortgage.com (Sunrise, FL). Ryan received his initial California appraisers license in 2006, becoming Certified in 2015. Ryan has also held a Real Estate Salesperson license in the state of Pennsylvania since 2003.Ryan currently owns and manages Royal Valuation Services which operates primarily in the Greater Los Angeles Area. Ryan has been a member of the McKissock National Appraiser Advisory Council since 2015.

Tom Boice, SRA, CRP, Member of RAC, has been doing residential appraisals for over 30 years in Georgia, California, Utah and now Nevada. After 9 years as a reviewer for a large AMC, he recently re-entered the fee appraisal world in Las Vegas.
