Appraisal Continuing Education Course Ratings and Reviews

McKissock is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 15219.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from I've taken many courses from McKissock over the past three decades. While some of this course was useful, the class material was poorly written and not up to par from what I've come to expect from McKissock. EXAMPLE: “So, we’ve talk to an agent on the transaction for both properties and we understand that they were similar quality, similar conditions, similar physical characteristics. So we look at the sales prices of these two properties. So the first property sold for $487,500. Its date of sale was April 24, 2015. And then we look at the other property, the similar property that sold, and it sold on February 26 of 2016 for a sales price of $512,900.” So, paired data analysis, we’ve done many of these, so we’re getting very proficient at it. Just a very small sample of the writing style I found to be unprofessional (beginning so many sentences with "so"). I believe it would be wise to re-write this one.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I would not recommend this course as it is currently presented. The topic is a good one and I expected a very different type of presentation. While various appraisal issues were covered, the presentation itself was disappointing, there were some grammar issues and typo's that were unfortunate for the reader.
