Real Estate Continuing Education Course Ratings and Reviews

McKissock is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 6526.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy to navigate through. Allow you to retake quizzes if you don't initially pass. Information is condensed, but thorough and easy to understand.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The name of the course is rather deceiving. It is not about working with real estate investments. It is a math class on analyzing a real estate investment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from There was some basic info, but also good reminders of situations. Some of the test questions (like usual) were gimmes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very dry course. Admittedly, the subject matter can be a rather dry topic, but the course as presented did nothing to make it interesting. It is mostly like reading a textbook.

I have my real estate license. What do I need to do to get my brokers license?

Asked by: Tony
The Kentucky Real Estate Commission requires that licensees complete the following before upgrading to a Broker’s license: Twenty-one (21) credit hours with twelve (12) in real estate from an accredited college with three (3) credit hours in Brokerage Management or three hundred thirty-six (336) classroom hours in real estate from an approved proprietary school with forty-eight (48) in Brokerage Management.
