Appraisal Continuing Education Course Ratings and Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great refresher and for the new FHA appraiser. I've been completing FHA assignments for 20 years, taken FHA classes at least every two years, and still got good clarification on a couple of issues, and better understanding of several procedures.

My CERTIFIED APPRAISAL license re renews in March 2020 will the USPAP offered here be valid for my 2020 license

Asked by: Vicki
Oregon Appraisers are required to complete 28 continuing education hours every 24 months including the National USPAP Update Course. If this person has already completed the USPAP course during this renewal cycle he would need to take the 2019-2020 USPAP which will likely be available in the next few months.
