Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am a real estate investor and found this course very helpful in helping me to understand how to evaluate my buy and hold purchases. This course is going to help me to make more informed and profitable decisions, and to help other investors (as their real estate agent) to do the same. I highly recommend this course if you are a real estate investor or wish to work with them.

Do you have to take a test and pass for all of your RE CE classes?

Asked by: Bonnie
Different states have different requirements but overall the courses usually are set up with quizzes throughout the course and one final exam at the end. The passing score is usually 70% or above and most states allow multiple attempts at the final exam.

The individual Code of Ethics you are advertising here will that fill my obligation to NAR and do you receive credits?

Asked by: Jerry
The acceptance of our Code of Ethics course as meeting the NAR requirement is dependent upon the association you belong to; it is best to present the course to them prior to enrollment to ensure they will accept it. If they will accept it as meeting the NAR requirement, it is continuing education credit.
