What you need to know about your post-license course
What is a real estate post-license course?
Some states require newly minted real estate agents to take a post-licensing course. This course helps you go beyond the principles of real estate taught in your pre-license course and gives you real-world skills to jump-start your new real estate career.
When do I need to take my post-license course?
Each state has different requirements for when you need to complete your post-license course. However, we recommend you take it as soon as you become licensed so you have a good foundation for launching your new career with success.
