Mississippi Standards of Practice

This course provides Mississippi land surveyors with a comprehensive review of the 2025 Minimum Standards of Practice, the foundational document governing professional surveying activities within the state. Participants will read through the full text of the standards, guided by brief transition summaries that clarify key sections and highlight significant updates. By the end of the course, surveyors will deepen their understanding of the technical, legal, and ethical responsibilities outlined in the 2025 revision and be better equipped to apply these standards in their daily practice.
