If you hold Land Surveyors licenses in multiple states, please make sure to check each state's requirements.
Tennessee Land Surveyors are required to take 30 Professional Development Hours (PDH) every 24 months. 2 PDHs must focus on surveying ethics and standards of practice.
Licensee's in their first renewal cycle, who has been licensed for less than one year will not be required to meet CE requirements.
Land Surveyors may not take the same course name, provider, and instructor within two renewal cycles. They must skip a cycle.
Rosters are Mailed on the 15th and 30th every month.
During high volume periods, such as near renewal deadlines, they will be submitted daily.**If you need or want the roster submitted earlier than the scheduled date, there is a $10 rush fee for that service.**
