Georgia licensees must complete the following credit hours:
– Salesperson Post-Licensing: 25 hours
– Salesperson First-Time CE Renewal: 27 hours
– Salesperson Subsequent CE Renewal: 36 hours
After completing your state-approved Georgia CE courses, renew your license online through the Georgia Real Estate Commission portal.
– Salesperson Post-Licensing: Course Fee $135
– Salesperson First-Time CE Renewal: Course Fee $129 + License Renewal Fee $170 + Late Fee (if applicable)
– Salesperson Subsequent CE Renewal: Course Fee $179 + License Renewal Fee $125 + Late Fee (if applicable)
