Yes, online CE courses are accepted in Idaho, provided they are delivered by IREC-approved education providers. Online CE allows licensees to meet their requirements with flexibility and convenience.

What is the deadline for CE course completion in Idaho?

CE must be completed before a licensee’s renewal date, which occurs annually on the last day of the licensee’s birth month. All CE hours must be submitted and recorded prior to renewal.

What courses are approved for CE in Idaho real estate?

Approved CE courses in Idaho include IREC-designated core courses, as well as electives on topics such as contracts, ethics, fair housing, finance, risk reduction, and real estate law. All courses must be approved by the Idaho Real Estate Commission to count toward CE credit.
