Of the 30 required CE hours, licensees must complete:
– 3 hours of core law
– 3 hours of civil rights/fair housing
– 3 hours of ethics
The remaining 21 hours may be electives chosen from state-approved topics.

CE must be completed by the licensee’s birthday every three years, based on the original license issue date. All CE must be reported before submitting a renewal application to the Division of Real Estate.
