Kevin Hecht

Kevin Hecht is a seasoned Certified Real Estate Appraiser based in Missouri, bringing over 30 years of experience to the field. Since starting his appraisal career in 1987, he has evaluated a diverse range of residential properties. Throughout his career, Kevin has held key roles, including Independent Fee Appraiser, staff appraiser, District Manager, and Regional Manager, working with prominent organizations such as Bank of America and CoreLogic. Kevin’s academic credentials are equally impressive. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia, an MBA from Fontbonne University, and a Master’s in Economics from the University of Detroit Mercy. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Public Policy Economics, underscoring his dedication to lifelong learning. In addition to his appraisal expertise, Kevin is an AQB Certified USPAP instructor and an IDECC Certified Distance Education Instructor, highlighting his commitment to upholding professional standards and advancing education within the industry. Kevin’s passion for economics extends into academia, where he serves as faculty at several colleges and universities. As an active member of the American Economic Association and The American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association, he contributes valuable insights to both academic and professional communities.
