Salesperson Post-Licensure Education Requirement: Completion of the 30-hour post license course is due within the first six months of licensure for active licensees, and within one year for inactive licensees. Course Hours Daily Limit: AREC allows a maximum of nine (9) continuing education hours to be earned on any one calendar day.
Final Exam: While students are required to demonstrate mastery of the content at certain intervals of the course, there is no passing score requirement for the final exam.
Expiration Date of Course: Course expiration dates vary but are generally 6 months after the date of enrollment. AREC requires that all online courses be completed within one year from the date of enrollment.
Certificate: With few exceptions, online course completion certificates are available for download at course conclusion and posted directly to your student dashboard. Certificates are not submitted to AREC during renewal but should be kept for your records.
