Oregon CE must include a 3-hour Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC), which covers legal updates and rule changes. The remaining 27 hours may be selected from approved elective topics, such as ethics, fair housing, agency relationships, contracts, and property management.
All CE requirements must be completed before the license expiration date, which is every two years based on the licensee’s anniversary date. Timely completion is required to renew a real estate license in Oregon.
