What CE topics are mandatory in Washington, DC?

Of the 15 required CE hours, licensees must complete:
-3 hours of Fair Housing
-3 hours of DC Legislative Updates
-3 hours of Ethics
The remaining 6 hours may be selected from approved elective topics.

When is the deadline to finish CE courses for DC license renewal?

CE must be completed by August 31 of odd-numbered years, which is the license renewal deadline for most DC real estate professionals. All CE must be completed and reported before submitting a renewal application.
