Washington DC Real Estate License: Sales Agent

Washington, DC Brokers and Associate Brokers are required to take 15 continuing education hours every 24 months. Nine hours must be completed in the following mandatory topics.

The 15-hour CE requirements for the 2017-2019 licensing cycle are as follows:

3.0 hrs – Fair Housing
3.0 hrs – DC Legislative Update
3.0 hrs – Ethics
6.0 hrs – General electives
