The questions appraisers most often ask about McKissock’s AI training.

Do I need prior AI experience to start?

No. The course and clinics start from scratch. No prior AI experience assumed.

Does using AI in my work violate USPAP?

Not inherently, but how you use it matters. The courses cover USPAP compliance, what disclosure requires, and where your professional judgment still has to lead. AI can support your work; it doesn’t replace your license or your responsibility for the report.

Do these courses count toward CE credit?

The Foundational AI course and clinics are professional development offerings and do not currently count toward CE credit hours. They are included in CE Membership at no additional cost.

Are clinic recordings available if I miss a session?

Yes. All registered attendees receive a recording plus the full take-home toolkit (prompt packs, checklists, and examples) within 48 hours of each clinic.

Do I need to take the Foundational course before attending a clinic?

No, though it gives useful context. The clinics are accessible to any licensed appraiser.

Will the AI Learning Hub be updated over time?

Yes. New clinics, posts, and tools get added as the AI conversation in appraisal evolves.
