Here's what you need to renew your Alaska Appraisal license

Online Info

Alaska Appraisers are required to take 28 continuing education hours every 24 months including the mandatory 7-hour USPAP Update course.

If licensed at least 185 days, but less than 24 months satisfactory completion of at least 14 hours of continuing education is required; if less than 185 days there are no continuing education requirements for that renewal.

 

 

This program is exempt from authorization under as 14.48 and this chapter, because the program is online, or distance delivered, and the institution does not have a physical presence in the state.
 

Online Limitations

Effective March 5th, 2023 Alaska's updated regulations will allow for 100% of continuing education (28 hours) to be completed in an online platform.
