Here's what you need to renew your Arizona Appraisal license

Online Info

Arizona Trainee Appraisers are required to take 42 continuing education hours every 36 months including a 7-hour USPAP Update course.

Online Limitations

Effective June 10, 2019 all hours including USPAP can be taken online.


An AZ licensee cannot receive credit for more than 8 hours of CE in any 24 hour period.
