This course has been developed by the Connecticut Real Estate Appraisal Commission to keep Connecticut real estate appraisers informed and up-to-date on both federal and state laws and regulations, USPAP, recent revisions to the AQB Real Property Appraiser Qualification Criteria, and the responsibilities of Supervisory Appraisers and Provisional Appraisers. It is designed to fulfill the mandatory 3-hour Connecticut Appraisal Law Update and Supervisory/Provisional Appraiser education requirement.
