Florida Appraisal Laws and Regulations
This course is designed to meet the 3-hour Florida Laws and Rules update continuing education requirement for appraisers. Topics will include, but not limited to:

Chapter 1 covers the appraiser licensing law that was passed by the Florida legislature. Chapter 2 covers the regulations promulgated by the Florida Real Estate Appraisers Board (FREAB). Chapter 3 is a comprehensive quiz that covers both the law and the regulations.
Course access is available for 6 months from the day it is opened. All courses, regardless of whether they have been opened, expire two years from the date of purchase. Extensions are available for purchase within 30 days of a course expiring. No extensions will be granted after this period.
