Rated 5 out of 5 by Dawn V. from Good course, wish I would have known some of these things a few years back. I blame my own lack of time, though, as well. Allow more than four hours if you are a thorough reader and need some refreshing on the topics before each quiz. I was quite happy that I could start and stop the course at any time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Stewart H. from The McKissock "Supervisory - Trainee Course" is an excellent presentation of essential materials to build a successful long-term partnership between the Appraiser "Mentor" and "Trainee." The course was nicely balanced between coverage of necessary background information and practical tips on the mentoring process. This was NOT just another "ticket punch!" Kudos to McKissock and the course designer for helping set the stage for the next generation of appraisers!

Rated 4 out of 5 by James S from This course is organized well and the website is great, but taking this after Basic Appraisal Principles means a lot of repetition in some areas (at least 4 times they have gone over the requirements for each level of appraiser certification/ licensure)
