Laws for Nevada Appraisers

This course is designed to increase professionalism for appraisers in Nevada, through compliance with the laws and regulations of the State. This course provides a brief description of the history of appraisal, as well as the rules and regulations set forth by the Appraisal Commission of Nevada.

Course access is available for 6 months from the day it is opened. All courses, regardless of whether they have been opened, expire two years from the date of purchase. Extensions are available for purchase within 30 days of a course expiring. No extensions will be granted after this period.
