Here's what you need to renew your Nevada Appraisal license

The information below is a summary of the minimum requirements set forth by the Nevada Real Estate Appraisal Commission. For a more detailed requirements breakdown, please see the board's site.

Online Info

Nevada Appraisers are required to complete 30 continuing education hours every 24 months including the National USPAP Update course.

 

Effective July 10, 2014 the 7-hour National USPAP Update Course can now be taken online.

 

Online Limitations

NV has no limitations on the number of CE hours permitted online.

Roster Required: yes
Roster Process:
Effective October 1st 2014, NV will require rosters.  
 
Rosters must be submitted within 3 business days. If credit is needed after the 3 day window has passed, student can submit Form 597 with the appropriate fee to receive credit. To ensure credit, NV credit should be requested at time of registration.
 
Rosters are sent by email each business day.
