North Carolina Supervisory Appraiser/Trainee Appraiser Course
This four-hour course meets the requirements established by the Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) of The Appraisal Foundation in the Real Property Appraiser Qualification Criteria, as well as the requirements of the North Carolina Appraisal Board. It provides an overview of the responsibilities and obligations of both the trainee appraiser and the supervisory appraiser within the context of the trainee–supervisor relationship and addresses applicable state and local jurisdictional requirements and relevant USPAP obligations. Summative chapter assessments help track and measure understanding and retention of the material.
Course access is available for 6 months from the day it is opened. All courses, regardless of whether they have been opened, expire two years from the date of purchase. Extensions are available for purchase within 30 days of a course expiring. No extensions will be granted after this period.
