The applicant must submit his application for renewal with no less than ninety (90) days prior to the expiry date.
Required to be taken within the renewal cycle is, two (2) 7hr USPAP update courses, the Puerto Rico Laws and Regulations Course (no more than four years), and the remaining 35 hours of continuing education.
