How long does it take to complete the training for real estate appraisal in KY?  How many total hours of course work? Assuming I approached as a full time student

Asked by: Djwild
KY requires 90 hrs of qualifying education to become an Associate Appraiser. You can progress through the courses as quickly or as slowly as you would like. They are all self-paced! Thanks for the question! https://www.mckissock.com/appraisal/licensing/kentucky/requirements/
