Is your appraisal business built for success?  Are you ready for the changes coming?  Does the structure of your business need to evolve due to the influx of desktop appraisals, hybrids, and other types of valuations?  The world of valuation is rapidly changing, and change inevitably brings fear, but you don’t need to face the future with trepidation. In this webinar, Dustin will lay out the changes that have happened, are happening, and will continue to happen in the appraisal profession and give real, meat-and-potatoes options for success now and into the future.

For more than half of his career, Dustin Harris ran his appraisal business just like everyone else. As a consequence, he got the same results as everyone else; long hours and living paycheck to paycheck. After an intense study of successful people, Dustin began putting principles of prosperity into place that have transformed his appraisal business and made him a successful leader in the profession. Now, in addition to being an appraiser, Dustin finds every way possible to teach these principles of success to other appraisers across the country. He has mentored hundreds of appraisers who have also transformed their businesses. In a big way, he is ‘creating value’ for real estate appraisers.

Learn the answers to these financial questions: What’s the difference between good debt and bad debt?  Why should Americans be saving more?  How can someone build savings while paying down their credit card debt?  How do I begin an investment program?  In addition to the answers, specific strategies for tackling these financial challenges will be covered by presenter John Palmieri.

Since 2000, John’s clients have worked with him because of his commitment, focus and attention to detail. What this means is they can rely on John to take the necessary time to address what it is they would like to resolve and accomplish. The benefit to those he works with is having a relationship with someone that values and recognizes that each situation is different and preparing planning solutions for their needs.  John’s background includes investment management, financial planning, insurance and banking solutions, and asset based lending. John received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and his Minor in Management from Penn State University the Behrend College. John is currently enrolled in the Charted Financial Consultant (ChFC) program with the American College.

Do you have any test prep courses for appraisal?

Asked by: TanaG
We do not. There is a company called learnappraising.com they aren’t affiliated with McKissock in any way but they offer a good prep course from what we have heard.
